Technical Services & Staff Development
To ensure that we are able to deliver a fully reliable and thourough service we fully employ over 35 members of staff and support this team with our preferred sub-contractors where necessary. Our in house design team are able to produce quality autocad drawings in all the required electronic formats (dwg, pdf) or in hard copy as required.
In line with our commitment to invest and train in our staff we are supporting a number of our employees through college to improve and widen their skill set. All operatives are fully qualified for works undertaken and hold CSCS (construction skills certificate scheme) cards.
To ensure we meet and best industry standards we continually review and update our operations and standards and maintain membership of the HVCA (The Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association).
Staff have undertaken training in following areas:
- Corgi and Gas Services
- Unvented Hot Water Systems
- Solar Heating
- Pasma
- Tracpipe installation
- CITB supervisors course
- Boiler installation
- First Aid
Health & Safety
Ecogale operate in accordance with our Health & safety policy, (copies available on request) Or is you are able to put your policy in as pdf then do so but if this is dated annually you might end up with it being out of date so would just say copies on request. All staff undergo the appropriate Health & Safety training and operate in accordance with all our safe working practices.
All projects undertaken have a risk assessment carried out and a method statement produced. We have a dedicated Health & Safety Manager responsible for all sites and we work in conjunction with Peninsula Services for additional support and advice.
